Mini Easter Tarts

Ingredients
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened*
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
Red, yellow or green food coloring (optional)
1 1/2 cups frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
2 packages Ready-Crust Pie Crust Keebler® Ready Crust® Tarts Graham
1/2 cup flaked coconut
Green food coloring (optional)
Sliced fresh fruit or assorted Easter candies
Directions
1. In large mixing bowl beat cream cheese on medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk and lemonade concentrate. Tint with red, yellow or green food coloring, if desired. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into crusts.
2. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or until set.
3. Tint coconut with food coloring, if desired. Top each tart with some coconut and fruit or candies. Store in refrigerator.
*NOTE: Soften cream cheese in microwave at high for 15 to 20 seconds.
